Revival Preacher - Keith Daugherty - Restoration, Renewal, and Revival
Welcome

Jeremiah 1:9,10 "Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day appointed you to the oversight of the nations and of the kingdoms to root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant."

Why Restoration, Renewal, and Revival?

Restoration:
  • Restoring the "Church" to its original calling and missions
  • Restoring the relationship between God and all people
  • Restoring relationships between ourselves and others
  • Restoring vitality

Renewal:
  • Renewing our hearts and minds in accordance with God's Word
  • Renewing our commitment to Christ

Revival:
  • Awakening lives to God's call through Jesus Christ
  • Revitalizing lives to be empowered by the Holy Spirit
  • Reawakening the faith and commitment of the "Great Commission"

With any sort of Restoration there must be a tearing down
(demolition process) and a building up (restoration).

With any sort of renewal, there must be an awakening to the need for renewal so that one can come to a decision that changes need to be brought forth.

With revival is a return to life, health, vigor, use, effectiveness, strength, and validity. Revival is: to become active again, filled with an enthusiasm to "be the Church" not just attend church. Revival is about seeking God with all our hearts so that He answers, "Here I Am!"

Isaiah 58:9-10 "Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, Here I am. If you take away from your midst yokes of oppression [wherever you find them], the finger pointed in scorn [toward the oppressed or the godly], and every form of false, harsh, unjust, and wicked speaking, And if you pour out that with which you sustain your own life for the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in darkness, and your obscurity and gloom become like the noonday."

Our Mission:
To reach across denomination lines to build up the Body of Christ, to declare the Word of God to all, to bring forth the Good News to all the nations, and to assist in igniting a fire within the church so that they can to go out and "Be the Church".
